  • .5 oz. Amaretto
  • 3 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice

The always gorgeous Dauphin Island has become an unofficial, second HQ for the High Ridge Spirits team. Here's a fantastic recipe - a peachy riff on the LIT - from Callaghan's Irish Social Club:

  • .5 oz. Stills Crossroads Alabama 'Shine
  • .5 oz. Vodka
  • .5 oz. Rum
  • .5 oz. Gin
  • Splash of Peach Schnapps
  • Build over ice, fill with your sour mix of choice and top with coke

Moonshine and fresh fruit are an excellent pair. The Blue Moon & Basil takes advantage of fresh, juicy blueberries and makes for one pretty-looking drink. Prepare as you would an old-fashioned - we're talking muddled sugar and fruit, liquor and just the bare minimum on soda for that final sparkle!

2 oz. Stills Crossroads Alabama 'Shine

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Handful of Fresh Blueberries

Fresh Lemon Juice

Fresh Basil

Soda Water

Place a handful of blueberries in the bottom of a rocks glass, along with simple syrup and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Muddle thoroughly. Add Stills Crossroads Alabama 'Shine. Next, clap a few leaves of basil between your hands to release the flavor/aromatics and place in the glass. Add ice to fill and use a shaker cup to invert, mix and incorporate all ingredients. Top with a spritz of soda water and garnish with a spear of blueberries and/or lemon wedge.
